You can't save a completed pdf form though?
Yes you can Meester Taffy. Try saving a copy, click on the pdf. tab your way through the fields, type whatever you want & save it.
Or if that doesn't work, download pdf creator from sourceforge.net.

I'll have to download sourceforge.net. as I already tried what you suggested Juju and it won't save a completed form.
It workies for me. I'm using IE version 6 point somethingorother...

Using a PDF printer driver, like the one I linked to is a convenient way to create PDF's that you should find useful to have on your PC anyway. I opted for PDF as that's the format the .gov site uses. If peeps think it would be worthwhile having a web or word form as well I can have a bash at creating one
