Hello. Has this head had any work done it it? Is it leaded or unleaded.

where the valve sits, look down them holes, if its totally smooth...or partially smooth then yes. if there is still casting marks and a big ridge...then no. it wont have been "smoothed/polished"

The head looks very smooth on the inlet ports and partially smooth on the outlet ones. How do i know if its unleaded??

you can tell if its a lead free head by looking around the exhaust valve seat to see if a ring of new metal has been put in place. if u look below the valve seat angle u shud be able to spot if there is a lip sticking out that doesnt seem to look like it was meant to be like that when it left the factory if that made any sense to anyone at all... your wicked hahaha
