Hello,

not really been into my mini for the past few months after buying a nissan 200sx :(

However after reading though my project page and fiddeling about with the car i fancy doing some more fiddeling/work/changes

only thing is i dont want to spend a great deal of money as its already taken enough!!! im quite capable of bodywork and all the rest...

Heres what ive done to it....... ignore the topic lol spec

Since then ive made a custom dash, depumperd the front and rear, and put a totally smooth fibre glass boot lid on.... think thats it

Oh and fit SC Drop gears :) :dontgetit:

Id like to fit a 286kent cam, as i feel the sw5 is holding it back, how much would i be looking at for a good cond second hand on?

So please give any surjestions :( cozmetic ideas / interior set up / anything

Thanks

Heres a uptodate pic of there rear apart from the boot lid

Looks great! Too bad, it would be too expensive to bring to the states.

I'd probably have it off you if I had the money to prise between you and that car! But even then, I'd be abandoning my poor Elliot and I couldn't have that >_<.

Thank you ;D

I don't know of anyone that's done it, I have thought about a 106 GTi lump in the front, never in the back. I'd imagine it'd be pretty sharp and those engines are very tunable.

Just out of interest, what are those arches and where did you get them? Oh, and how wide are those wheels?

keep this one - chuck an R1 in the front - I may be able to get you a full, ready to fit conversion for half normal costs including engine, diff and all drivetrain. basically no more complex than a subframe swap, a few wires and gear linkage to sort out.

way cheaper than an asthmatic 106 - and you keep your rear seats..............Oh, and faster too.

roofless - thanks for the offer! kinda tempting, but its gotta be rwd im affraid!

Out of intrest what price would a mini like mine go for but with a standard 998 in the front and normal 8.4 discs with 12" mini lights

There group 5 arches from mini spares with 10" x 6" revolutions
