i have seen the price of door cards and just wondered if i could do some myself as mine are held on by the door trim basically all the rivets have been ripped out, how would i make some with rivets, could i use the existing ones that i still ahve and what could i make them out of, anyone any ideas or anyone ever done this cheers

I reckon all you need is some 3mm masterboard, let's face it, it's only a square of wood after all, held in with a couple of pins on the bottom and tucked under the little metal strip.
Just use the old ones as a template and cut the holes in the same place... job done!
