i wonder if anyone can help.i have got this 998 engine what i have had for about a year.when i took it out of the car the oil pressure was good.i have now put it in another car and i have not got any pressure at all.took the filter off cranked it over still no oil coming out. took oil pressure switch out cranked it over still not a drop of oil coming out.the engine as been sitting for about a year could of someting got blocked

you need to prime the pump by filling it up through the hole where the pipe to the filter comes out the block. keep putting oil down the hole whilst turning the engine backwards then when you've got some down there try to spin it over again and build pressure. might take a few attempts.
