Where do vacuum hoses go on spi. I know ecu to fuel trap but rest. Mini spi 1995
Had problems with car emissions and had lost change but think I have found the problem.
My red one was attached to the fuel trap which and to air filter THIS IS WRONG . Can't see the one thats meant to go to the fuel trap. I have the one from fuel trap to ecu ok but where does the red one go and where does the one from fuel trap to inlet go? Think my one has falled off?.
Did notice at back of inlet injector there is a rubber pipe that comes out and goes back in to inlet again. Maybe somebody put it back on wrong.
No wonder car high emissions and now running bad after lambda changed.
Please help as could get car Mot again today if have time.

There are 2, they come from right at the back of the inlet manifold. It's a tight squeeze to get at them because the bulkhead is so close.
Remove the air box and reach from above behind the inlet manifold and you should feel 2 nozzles, the vacuum hoses go on these.
One goes to the fuel trap and then from there to the ECU
One goes to the air filter box.
If an after market filter is fitted you can blank this one off.
