Mini Firing But Not Starting

mini city e auto. 1991. all standard. most ignition components have been replaced for new ones and the car will fire but will not start. it is on balast coil. here is a video because its kind of hard to explain.

Any more info like what has been done to the engine, how long has it been standing, how long has the petrol been in the tank

Battery sounds a bit down - can you charge it - or use jump leads from another car ? Take the plugs out and clean them - blow air through the cylinders (to clear away any fuel) and try again.

fresh fuel in the tank. last time it properly started was a month ago. battery is fuly charged.

Hopefully - that will do it - but DO clean/dry the plugs first!
