my mini is a 998cc and it is only running on 3 cylinders does any one no what might be up with it ???

Yes, its only firing on 3 cylinders!!!

Have you tried swapping the plugs and leads around?

i have put all new plug leads it sparks but yet still only runing on 3 thank any way

plugs , leads , coil , cap , roter arm , all new

Tight or loose tappet?

Head gasket, have you got a compression tester?

my dad told me to try a compression tester just got i try to find some one with one

Halfords do compression testers.

Simple and obvious but have you checked (and rechecked) the firing order ?
It' easy to get wrong...

Was it like this BEFORE you changed all these parts ? Or has this just happened since changing the parts ?

I had an issue with my mini running on 3 cylnders, found out it was the tappets on the cylnder head, one had been tightened too much causing the valve to be stuck open causing the cylnder to not keep compression, take the rocker cover off and check that the tappets are the correct distance (don't forget that some might be in compression meaning the engine might need turning over to check all of them.
