HEY THERE PEOPLE THIS IS A LAST MINUTE PLOY TO SIGN UP TO THE KINGSLYNN TO GREAT YARMOUTH RUN 2009 WE HAVE LESS NUMBERS THIS YEAR THAN LAST YEAR AND ITS MINI50! COME ON PEOPLE FINISH THE SHOW SEASON WITH A FANTASTIC NORTH NORFOLK TO EAST COAST NORFOLK RUN..

just rang and booked... yeah mate you can pay on the day but ring ahead with your name so they have an idea of numbers.

just got home from my 200mile journey (1way)... brilliant day out and will deffinately return next year.... thanks to everyone i met who were very friendly and polite... highly reccommended run!!!
