Looking for some ideas on what colour to paint my 1991 coopers engine that im restoring at present............was there an original colour that they came in????

A 1991 1275 engine would be Red from the factory.

thanks, i forgot to say shes a 1.3 spi, i dont think that should change this???

All 1275 engines fitted to rover minis were red, you cant go wrong
