1994 mini cooper.

Ive basically finished a great deal of restoration and come across something i had not noticed. Theres a pump attached to the rear subframe leading to the up into the car with 2 other tubes that run along the underneath of the floor, from what looks like the engine. I think its probably for my fuel tank (that is not fitted yet) i have noticed that the tubing has been cut. Can i get a replacement or will i have to buy a new pump and hoses?
Is this the petrol pump or something else?

p.s. cant take any pictures until tomorrow as i had my phone stolen on Thursday.

cheers!

Ahh, really. Where can i get the pipes from. I would probably be best fitting a new filter as it looks in bad shape.

EDIT**

Looking at it, i need the 2 metal pipes leading from the filter to the hoses at either end that lead into the car.

Those metal pipes recently became available again, or a suitable replacement did, I can't remember where from though. I'll have a dig around and try to find out.

I've had a look around the main suppliers and I can't find what I'm looking for. I clearly remember sometime in the last couple of months one of them has announced that they are selling fittings to be enable you to reassemble the fuel filter parts with rubber hose in place of the unavailable steel pipes. I'll have another look but I really can't remember who it was.
