Water In Oil

I changed the head gasket flushed the system and ran the car for about twenty minutes before using it. I have done about 7 miles since the change and thought I would double check everything was ok as when I took the head off on sunday the payen head gasket that was previously fitted was not blown i figured the reason it had blown was because of fairly loose studs that came out all too easy when removing the head. I once again opened the oil filler cap to find more milky oil.
I have no idea where this could be coming from. the block and head are both fairly newly refurbished and upgraded. infact modifications not even 6 months old.
also the car seems to be running better today than it was before.
why is there water in my oil?

condensation is a reason for this sort journeys and engine not getting warm
dave
i do around about 5 miles a day in traffic. I woulda thought the engine gets plenty warm enough when its running for 30-40 mins per run.

I am running it with castrol classic 20w50. i used to run it on penrite but it started getting expensive. I never noticed this problem before with the penrite. will it do any damage to the engine with it running how it is now.
