errm. are my ears and eyes playing tricks as im sure hes pointing at the fuel tank then says its too much bother to drain it before welding?

It's actually really hard to ignite a petrol tank, I rememeber watching myth busters and it took them ages to blow one up, and they had to do all sorts to get the conditions right.
I still wouldn't want to be anywhere near that!
