can anyone tell me what the little rubber thing on top of my coil bracket is ? it looks like a tiny rubber circular thing jammed into the very top of the bracket. It has a wire that should ( i think) go to the + side of the coil.
sorry i can't post a photo at the moment but my computer seems to think that i don't actually have a camera connected to it.
the reason i am asking is i have just swapped engines and this thing is on my newer coil but wasn't on my last one. i haven't connected it to the coil but the engine seems to run fine without it.
What Is This ?

that is a radio suppressor - it prevents radio 5 live whine!

Oh forgot about that..at least i dont have a stereo on my mini LOL
By the way the radio frequecy supressor is useless if you have the later resistor type spark plugs.
