just started the mini and sounded like a bloody tractor think she only running on 3 cylinders not sure tho but when i put my foot down to about 4000 rpm i can hear the other cylinder tryinh to go it back fireing but only that 1 cylinder but when i put it to 6000rpm it back fired that stopped then it ran fine confused could it be it was a bit chilly or could be be its running rich or is any think else

Maybe the engine is flooded. Try removing sparks and leave the petrol evaporate for about half hour. So you can have a look at spark plugs also, to check if mixture/timing are wrong...

she started and runs fine about from the 1 cylinder but it that cylinder kicked 1 once it reached 6000 rpm then i let the revs idle then i twas fine it judt didnt know if it was seriose or not ive just replaced spark plugs and it going rolling road next week becuase it running rich thanks danMaybe the engine is flooded. Yes, its too rich and probably needs a different needle, so a RR session would be helpful.
But that issue could also be due to a stuck needle valve in float chamber.

Lulu did this when one of the cells in the battery went. Sounded 100 times worse than a tractor, but it was running on all 4 and it got better at higher revs.
