Has anyone fitting a heated front screen?
Im just wondering how to bring the wires over/under/past the window rubber.

fit the screen to the rubber and it will all be fairly obvious

Im guessing the wire will just loop up and over the inner part of the rubber?

Yes that is normal for heated front screens

Don't forget to use a dedicated fused circuit with ignition controlled relay (flat battery cold day need I say more 
)

Here is a picture of my heated screen and were I routed the wires......................
I thresded down vents and drilled a small hole for wires to pop out .......
ready to be connected.....................

that is a thin element ...........what you see is a works style heated screen with the CB aerial silver wires ..............
