i currently have an AAC needle what need le is richer than this please as my car irunning well lean after fitting air filter and exhaust

have you changed the manifold as well. ??

AAU , AAA or AAM or the normal needles for 998's with improved breathing and farting.

yes i changed the manifold and put a KnN on it and a cooper s exhaust but it now pops and farts up hill i have a 1275 mg engine so should i try AAA needle

I have no experience other than my present set up but my 1275 which is very MG like-same size valves,a little more compression ratio,lcb 1 3/4 HIF carb, standard but cleaned out inlet manifold needed a BDP needle which is quite a rich one

aahhh with you saying you had an AAC needle I took it we were talking a 998 , thats a standard needle for a 998.

Somebody with 1275 experience with 1 1/2" carb will have to suggest a needle for that.
