Hi My engine block etc is mustard yellow at the moment and i wish to paint in silver i have bought a tin of hammerite metal paint smooth silver...will this work and have a good finish or will i have to buy something different..or can anyone suggest something better?

Hammerite will work fine. Just make sure you get rid of as much of the gunk of before you paint it.

ive painted my block and head with hammerite and has lasted about 2 years now and still lookin good!

hell i painted my front end with it look at the finish on my project page, although i regret it, i want paint like everyone else :/
