Hi, looking for some doorbins from a wolseley hornet/riley elf.
I was wondering if they would fit the doorcards of a 1988 mayfair.

And if they do fit, i'll be looking for some, so - where to find them?

Any help appreciated,

Cheers,

Matt

Hi mat check this out ed's done just what you're looking to do.
Personally i think they look great and it's definitely something i'd like to do myself if only i could find another set now.
Best of luck with them

Cheers, funnily enough liked the look of those when I saw them, sort of where I got the idea - just reassured me that they'll fit ok.

really looking forward to fitting them

What colour is your interior?

Personally I would it them a touch lower than the picture in the link to enable good access to the window winder.

They do look great though

The car is brilliant white, so planning to do the doorbins in the same colour.

For the interior, planning red/mulberry red leather interior with chrome brightwork inside.

Sort of a 70's style radford inspired look.

I'll have to upload pictures when it's done :(

i was just about to post that link but tim beat me to it! lol

they fit fine... i lined them up with the lines on the doorcard, while making sure there was a continuous gap, I just put some self tappers through, they dont get in the way of the winders and they are super good, can get loads in!

i got mine for £15...
