Im looking to replace the front drums with disk brakes.
Is there a list anywhere of what needs to be replaced/brought to do the conversion?
I just want to make sure im not forgetting anything.
I have done a search and couldn't find what im after, but if this has been asked before could someone point me in the right direction.

Hoses for discs are shorter than for drums so must be changed as well..... also while you have it all apart it is easier to do the whole job properely

Easiest way is to get a complete set from a scrappy. Overhaul them and renew discs and/or caliper seals, and check the bearings and the swivel pins - then just swap over. And yes - shorter flexis are required to stop them rubbing. Obviously - you will have to go up to 12" wheels if running 10" at the moment - or - fit Fiesta Mk I calipers, and retain the 10s !
