I made a pretty large order with minispares on wednesday 10th, (£450 ish)
I also chose EXPRESS COURIER. (nightfreight delivery)
expected the goods to arrive today.
Nothing arrived.
Simon , what happened? i needed these parts for the weekend... !

Hello, I just want to say that minispares have been great, unlike Mini Sport who have not managed to deliver when they were both ordered at the same time.

Did you make contact with minispares to find out the reason behind the delay , maybe a PM to simon would suffice

We had to confirm that we made the order and that we wanted it .They sent us a email asking the question.We too were wondering were the parts where until we rang them and they told us

I've had this several times, with bits being out of stock etc. Pees me right off.

Has the order been dispatched? Sometimes orders dont get dispatched until next day due to back logs.

in my limited experience of ordering from them, i can say their express service is not much quicker than the standard one.

minispares been very good in my experiance, just wish they would change the format of the website!!!!
