I was thinking of buying some handles for the outside of my doors but I can only find some in chrome and not stainless steel like I want, will the chrome ones rust? Does anyone know where I can get some stainless steel ones instead?

Thanks,
KC

never came across stainless ones i dont think, the chrome ones shouldnt rust for a long time, i mean many years. i suppose it could be down to constantly touching them thus leaving grease from skin contact on them. just keep them polished.

good advice, althoough the ones on my cooper are chrome and the last owner (of 7 years) just treated it like a toy and bodged EVERYTHING!!!, so I doubt he polished the door handles but they are still as smooth as a smooth thing, no pitting or rust or anything, just some nice shiny chrome.
