well im having a few problems with my engine it runs fine on the choke but when the choke goes in and then i rev it it like pops and splutters i think the fuel mixture needs adjusting but not sure what way not too sure if its running lean or too rich and my carbs a hs4 on 998

It's obviously too weak - richen it up!
