What People's Opinions On This Stereo?

looking at running it with a pretty good set-up (nothing competition standard, a few hundred for amps and speakers with a sub) so wondering if it would be suitable?
i know it wont be the best there is as the low price, but i like the idea of all the bits and pieces being in one place.
but yeah what do people think?
also wondering about the sub part, it doesn't appear to have a sub output, do you need one or can it just be wired up to an amp and the amp diversify the sound between the speakers and the sub?

Subwoofer wise, its got two RCA outputs which means you could run two subs - one to speakers and one to sub.
Run a high pass filter on the speakers and low pass for the sub and you'll get a half decent sound.
Other than that, you'll just need to run everything through one amp, and (if you can), run the relevant filters for the speakers and sub.
It does say though, that it has a sub control which may mean it also has a sub out?
Worth a punt.

when i first got the stereo it was amazing but after awhile things started to go wrong like the usb port stopped working while it was playing and hasn't worked since.
the one thing that really does get on my nerves is that when ure using the radio while driving it will often just change radio station if it can find one with a better station so this means ure listening to radio 1 for example and suddenly it changes to eagle. i have contacted the suppliers and they said there is nothing to stop it :S
OK admittedly mine was only £45 which i bought a year ago so for the money its very good lots of features fairly well made increased the music quality 10 times but can really get on ones nerves
so for the money id say that if that one is like mine there are much better ones available

I always tend to go for pioneer personally and love my old 77mp in my camper. i have been tempted to try an alpine lately though. I usually tend to go for 2nd hand too, for the money you spend on new you can get some top end 2nd hand stuff.

personally i'd stear clear, just because your HU is the most important part of your install. Get a good one and you're off on the right foot. get a bad one and no matter what other components you get it'll always sound bad. It all depends what you're after at the end of the day, loads of features or some decent SQ.
