We at MRA Minis have been busy with some new developments.......

The first one to hit the streets hasn't been sold before and is aimed at higher powered engines.. TURBO SPECIAL LAYSHAFT

This is the first extra heavy duty LAYSHAFT for the rod change gearbox as you can see in the attached photo's the layshaft is remeniscent of the older pre A+ layshaft however it will only work with the A+ gear kit and will take considerably more power and torque than even a competition layshaft the small end is the same size as the middle step of a 3 step A+ layshaft.

This means that it doesn't bend as easily which is the major cause for layshaft failure in the A+ gearbox.

The case would need modifying to accept the new TURBO SPECIAL LAYSHAFT we have a dedicated machine that we have "tooled up" to do this job.

The cost fo rthe layshaft £45.00 inc VAT
The cost for machining is £27.50 inc VAT
We can offer an exchange service if required or simply machine your own case and ship it back to you complete with layshaft.

If you want the ultimate in gearbox reliability then you need our all new TURBO SPECIAL LAYSHAFT (TSL-5)
