So after a bit of effort I got Anderson back from the insurance company, and have rented a garage for 6 months whilst I work on him.

Heres the current damage, plus the damage from the idiot who appears to have put oversils on oversills over an awfulyy rusty original Sill. (eek)

The wheel has somehow popped off the driveshaft but I cant see any bent components but once I get the wheel off (and in the bin) It should be a little easier so see what's what. From underneath the car the floor looks straight, but from inside there is a slight bulge upwards into the driver footwell, I dont know if this is from the crash or simply how the floor was before the crash.

Its not garaged at the moment as I want to get it at least rolling so I can tow it - trailer it to the new garage, Anyone from Suffolk who fancies lending a hand one weekend would be paid with beer and food.

Rust On the door frame where the a-panel used to cover.

I stuck my hand in this hole and pulled out a good handful of rusty crap New sills both side I think.

The driveshaft is poking out where it used to connect to the drive flange - need to figure out where its bent to allow the wheel to move this far.

Bonnet off so i can see the damge from above without having to lean the bonnet on my head - engine is straight and still starts and runs (leaks oil but its always done that) 1380 Stage 3 Head Kent 286 Hif 44 Carb, Definatly keeping this ;)

Yeah I'm thinking it's probably a good thing. not looking forward to seeing whats underneath them sills. l

I am considering swapping the dash out of my car for an original one, but I'm not sure about it as my dash is pretty unique. will let you know when i decide - first off though its gonna come out and get bubble wrapped.

Anderson, because he's got a black belt, And so does Anderson Silva (pound for pound best fighter in the world) also Anderson Silva is fast.

Sorry, I'm a big MMA Fan

Also Thought Anderson was quite a cool name ;) and the number plate KHU doesnt seem to convert into any kind of name.

Incedentally regarding the sills - previous owners surname was infact 'Bodger' which is ironic,

Good luck with the repairs, the slight bulge up in the floor is more than likely where somebody had tried to jack the car up. A very common trait with garages who do not know where or how to jack a mini.
