My Days Work 2 - Door Cards!

Hey again!

Just finsihed my rear door cards using the same blue leather as i have used for my parcel shelf and front door cards. They were much harder than the front becuase they have a curve in them.

1. I used Bostic fast trak, this is a good product as it allows you to move your material if you place it wrong.

2. I striped the orignal door cards, after this removed the sponge, this is becuase the glue wont stick to it.

3. I did a rough template of this door card, becuase it wasnt straight i made the template about an inch wider all round.

7. I also stapled the leather so it was more secure.

that is sweet, thats excactly what im planning to do, where did you get the leather from? all ive found is crappy royal blue stuff, looks naff.

a dash of colour eh, i thought it looked alot like the same colour as there blue dash. nice job!!
