The 12" sub is mounted in a custom fibreglass enclosure. I've installed a 5.8" screen in the boot just because the panel covering the fuel tank looked quite dull in black! There are also 5.8" screens in the headrests and a 7" Alpine motorised screen in the dash. The MP3 CD changer and navigation DVD drive are mounted under the rear seat and the system is powered by 2 Cerwin Vega amps. The front speakers are 6.5" components mounted in custom door pockets (MDF and fibreglass), although the design of the doorbuilds will be changing soon.

That is looking very nice, like the boot install! Tidy and classy! Also like the idea of the montior in the fuel tank blanker, as I often look at these and go 'aw it just spoils it!' but yours looks like its there for a purpose! Nice job! :-

Cheers! I've set the system up to give clarity and depth of sound rather than all out volume, so many hours messing with the sound processor and time alignment! That said, its still more than loud enough for most situations. I will be adding a few more speakers (rear and front centre) in the coming months which will only be active when the DVD is playing.

Good question! Simply because when I originally did the install I disliked the large black area around the fuel tank, so I thought I'd put something in there to brighten it up a bit..... And a screen fitted nicely!
