I do, but can't post it due to copyright laws, buy a Haynes manual, (ebay for about £3), and it'll be in there.

Loads....

You need a wiring diagram for a L reg mini, not necessarily a 1275... also the Auto loom is slightly different to the manual as you have the start inhibitor switch on the auto...

Simple answer is ( as dave says ) get a haynes which is appropriate to the year of the car.

1275GT's were the 'go faster' version of the Mini in the 70's the engine is just a standard 1275 A series. Later carb'ed 1275's, as used in Minis and Metros are A+, essentially the same with a few improvements. The MG Metro version has higher compression, a sportier cam and larger valves in the unleaded version.

by the way, auto & manual engine blocks aren't interchangeable and there was no auto 1275GT

You might find a wiring diagram online. http://www.theminifo...showtopic=89015

If it's anything like mine the complete loom diagram isn't in the Haynes manual. Your car is probably a carb, but the wiring loom is mostly Spi without the ECU. You can follow the injection diagram mostly though.

yeah the closest i can find to it is 1275gt clubman ...took most of the wires off a toad alarm to take it off but the wires are a complete mess and it's an automatic with carbs already got haynes manual and looking at the wires it has got pink and white wires but according to the manual there is no pink and white wires
