we will be making our own inlet and induction pipe from the carb to the charger but will be using the eaton m45 blower with a morspeed crank pulley. now weve got the compression right we shud be looking at around 160-180 hp but id be happy with 100 haha not even had a mini with that yet so this will be fun anyways

Got bored tonite and have had the urge to start with the supercharger for while so i have done tonite waitin for the mrs to come round. took a rough copy of the shape of the bottom of the charger face on card then following a picture TomF sent me i closely followed the plate that most of the inlets have. Took a rough Idea of where the bolt PCD's needed to be then punched them with a pen into the charger holes i will take it to work tomorow and punch the card properly with about a 9 or 10mm hole punch for an mate bolt clearance.
Abit stuck on this tho. in the picture where i have the pen pointing at the lugs, do you have to remove these as i was told previously that i would have to? anyone know otherwise?

I cant help with removing the lugs.

However keep them there while you design the inlet and the mountings. You maybe able to make a nice bracket to attach there to support the charger.

From the research i have done you do need to remove that lug, but the otherone can stay where it is...

Not posted for awhile now due to me and rob trying to sort out the unit and building our spray booth at the minute so not had much time for the mini really. did get all my stufff back from Morspeed now and have got my supercharger pulley now. also got my pistons back that have has an extra 2cc's taken out of the crown to give them 13cc. this should give me around about 8 1/2 comp ratio which is what i was lookin for.

i can't believe it its bin like a month now and ive not bought anything for the mini.. i feel sick....not good.lol
on a more possitive note i have spent alot of money on the workshop making it better and ready for the arrival of the one and only bag of banana i call a mini..lol alls well that ends well tho..
I have my carbon fibre bonnet coming on friday aswell so there will be pictures of it on here..please excuse the white marks on it as i do not know where they came from..... =]
