Please give your topic a title that quickly describes your problem. Just putting 'Help my Mini doesn't work' is useless to anyone trying to help.

Any non-standard parts that might be involved with the problem?

Hi and welcome to the forum!

When they said unbalanced did they give any more information. I would assume that they meant one side was braking harder than the other.

If this is the case then i would guess at a sezied caliper piston on one of the sides?

welcome to the site as well LOL

as above check the piston also check if one pad is thicker than the other... as a new pad on one side and a worn one on the other will cause unbalanced brakes too!!
