My Car Keeps Stalling

ok i was driving in my car and when i come to a stop at a junction my mini (sally), her revs drop and she stalls the only way is to keep your foot on the accelerator and hope i thought it was because i had the heater on but i turned it off and it happened again
O and my clutch slips do i need a hole new clutch

Bad state of tune may lead to the problem of the revs dropping. Try some adjustments to the carb mixture screws.

so is it serious or just a minor thing if so why did it hapen

I wouldn't say its serious, check your air to fuel mixture, check your timing, is the gap right on the points check all these things and all the ignition components. As for your clutch it could be a single worn component i.e friction plate but you will be better to buy a kit and not just the single component.
