Considering it uses WebKit as the rendering engine... what about Safari do you prefer?Nothing can beat Safari.

I assume he means the new tab page. The address bar suggestions work better too. The fact that each tab runs in a separate process interests me, though I'm yet to check how it handles multiple sessions to the same site... sounds like something I should do really.
Edit: It shares the session by default, haven't checked if this is a customisable option.
Also, I find the task manager and "Stats for nerds". Oh, and its JS VM is damn fast.

I love Safari, the only thing I don't like about it is the slightly poorer handling of tabs (as opposed to Firefox), but its speed over Firefox is way better.

Just a few things in the terms of service that you probably didn't read:
Quote:11. Content license from you
11.1 You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling Google to display, distribute and promote the Services and may be revoked for certain Services as defined in the Additional Terms of those Services.
11.2 You agree that this license includes a right for Google to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom Google has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those services.
11.3 You understand that Google, in performing the required technical steps to provide the Services to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this license shall permit Google to take these actions.
11.4 You confirm and warrant to Google that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license.
In other words, by posting anything (via Chrome) to your blog(s), any forum, video site, myspace, itunes, or any other site that might happen to be supporting you, Google can use your work without paying you a dime. They can go and edit it all they want. Even further, you're claiming that you have the power to grant these rights.
Although Google have said they will 'amend' this, it still makes me uneasy.....
I'll stick with Oprea & FF cheers!

"Read all about it!"Google has acted with speed and retracted the objectional sentences in Chrome's EULA, so that any content you post via Chrome is yours and yours alone.
The ruckus was caused by our old friends, the paralegal firm Cut 'n' Paste Inc. Their employment has now been terminated and a new contract arranged with Fink First, Cut 'n' Paste who have produced a revised section 11 reading:
11.1 You retain copyright and any other rights that you already hold in Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services.
There are no qualifying sub-sections at all.

Its WAY faster than IE7, and I really appreciate the spell-check function. Really good simple user interface too!

I'm liking the developer tools, hopefully it'll ease my Safari issues. It's a shame that IE, the world's most popular browser and therefore the one that 70% of my customers use is so useless for developers, and I don't mean the complete lack of standards compliance blah blah rant rant.
