Alright lads , just wanted to know if twin turboing is possible and been done before
Is there anyway to have a turbo without a bulkhead box?

It'd be possible but I doubt there'd be any room without removing half the bulkhead or any need.
You can fit a turbo without cutting the bulkhead by using mirage manifolds. They're about £350.

you can have a turbo without a bulkhead box, yes, a mirage manifold will allow you to do that, cost a few bob though.

It must just be me who thinks they're pretty cheap. They're stainless and come with a lifetime warrenty!

why would you want twin turbos? just get a single turbo thats spec'ed to your engine correctly and it wil be fine

i would have thought you would have to use 2 small turbo's to get the most out of it? as you'd be splitting the exhaust gas?...

No point doing someting if it makes no engineering sense. Twin turbos are usually on cars where packaging makes using two turbos useful, such a V or boxer engines. Some twin turbos use staged turbos to improve low end power, but to find a turbo small enough for an A-series will be tricky. and as above where's it all going to go?
