Front End Sitting Low On Drivers Side

Hi to all, im a newby here . I have recently got myself a mini 15 years on after selling my first 1. The car had been involved in a front end smash but was rebuilt. The problem i have is that the drivers side front seems to be sitting lower than the other side. The car is a mini chelsea and is fitted with 13" minilights, to me everything looks good at the front underneath but im no mechanic. Any ideas guys ?

probably an old tired rubber suspension cone, same thing on my mini. need to get around to upgrading the suspension.
