I would agree that your products are good quality and good value for money you just need to be more accurate with your delivery dates and communicate when things go wrong.

I’ve already gone elsewhere for the others (le side stipes) witch were £30 posted. And arrived within 3 days of ordering! I’ve also had a headlining kit made up from scratch (not an off the shelf one) within the last week via Facebook. And because it was posted a day late they chucked in a fiver refund.

Seeing as roofless was last on at 12.22am on the 19th, checking the tracking number would have been tricky. As the stickers weren’t posted until 16.27pm of the 19th. Another one of my pet hates, saying somethings been posted when it hasn’t (all too common on eBay). And despite what the tracking says they have finally arrived.
