Travelling up to glasgow on saturday from dumfries with my mate in his Midas for the thistle run, any recommended route points on the way?

Ended up going to caverlorock castle then on to ary seafront, can't wait for the run tomorrow!

No problem, had a cracking day, thanks very much :) Persuaded my friends with the Midas to do it next year too (didnt need much persuasion mind)
