I just can't get over how sweet the mini pickups look!

having a CE, it is possible to make it into a pickup... and I am probably going to do it. Check out my thread here> http://www.theminifo...=0#entry1178130

I love my CE, I love the way they look, but I love the look of a mini pickup even more!

If any of you who have converted one before, please feel free to share your experiences and tips and what not to do and what to do when converting a Clubman Estate or Mini Van to a pickup :) Please post pictures to!

I plane to continue restoring my CE's floor, and then will probably chop the roof of the back, and start fabricating. I also want to change the front end to the Mini front end instead of a Clubman front end and will probably do this by just buying a Mini fiber glass front shell from Minimania or who ever has the best price :P

The RC Minipickup in the picture is pretty much how I would like to make mine look

Put it on wide 10s and not 13s! Would look so much sicker that way.

Just a little pic here....

Not digging the tire but more pics!

I like the idea of the tail gate barn doors but don't like the seam it leaves.... and another thing I don't like on the converted CE pickups is the angled tail gate. I'm going to be changing that on mine and going to make it vertical with a regular tail gate :D

I'm also gonna be putting some exhaust stacks in the back of the bed  It will turn heads and make people go "what the knuck?"

GWASH I WISH I HAD SOME MONEY! I want to start working on this thing ASAP! ahhhh :P

This is IT!

This is what I want to make my CE just like this pickup!

Oh I am drooling all over the keyboard haha.

IDK about 10s anymore... I'm coming to find that they don't look to great on a mini pickup. Would like to find a picture of a pickup that has deep dish 10x6 ultralites though.

I got some news guys...

My family convinced me to keep my Clubby a wagon and not a pickup...

I am still going to convert the front end to a fiberglass mini front end....

This RC wagon looks soo good. Im not gonna do the wood though..

I'm glad you're not making it a pickup, but I think it would be rather cool to make it a Clubman Woody Estate!

No wood for me, and probably am going to rid the Clubby front. I just lost desire in that look and don't want to reinstall it back on my CE. You see alot of nice Clubby wagons on clubmanestates.co.uk though.

I am gonna have new pics uploaded in my CE restoration thread of my progress
