echaust-wise I would buy an RC40, cant beat it for performance and sound. Maniflow manifold aswell will help.

Negative camber bottom arms aid turn in, but its a case of how much do you want to do?

Basically do as much as you can with the money you have.

If you find a pic of the miglia arches on 12s then send me a copy please

Hi mate, welcome to the site! i have an 89 mayfair to, i would get an LBC manifold, or get a hole stage one kit, regardign the suspension, i have just replaced the cones and fitted hi-lo's and new knuckle joints, ball joints and ajustable tie bars. unless your doing some serious island speeds then you probaly wont need negative camber bars etc, with you wheels, i have kept my mini on 12's mine are 12X6 deep dish supalites ! i have got group 5 arches on to, the front ones dont fit very well but from a few metres away they look awsome!

Hey dude.

I've got a full Maniflow Stage 1 with a cooper free flow manifold and a single centre exit exhaust. I love the sound it makes and because of the reputable company it fitted first time with absolutely no trouble. (make sure you get your mini rolling road tuned afterwards to squeeze the most power from it! )

Welcome to TMF by the way!

As for tyres i'd recommend the A539's i've had them almost a year and can't fault them.

They hold the road constantly (even when i decided to take a roundabout at 60 the other day! )

They're cheaper too!

A539's from MiniSport

hope this helps!

You'll be fine with just one silencer. I dropped from two to one when i put my stage 1 on and it wasn't even much louder!

as with the suspension if its a choice between gaz's plus real hilos or gaz's plus fake hilos for the same price i'd go for the real ones. That's good value for a suspension setup too!

I got them at the 2004 L2B so just over a year!

Just measured the tread and they've got 5mm left!

That's loads with a bit of a clean and some tyre wax you'd think they were brand new!

Excellent tyres
