Looks like a combination of a wet road, downhill off-camber corner, possible lift off oversteer or braking into the bend?
Really hard to say though but the fact he said 'thats what I did last time' makes it a bit worrying that he hadn't learned, unless he did it on purpose

Looks like quite a steep and tight corner, possibly slippery looking at the weather.
