Can't decide whether to get this dvd or the Vizard book on tuning the A series, I may just get both.

The DVD is quite helpful if you haven't built a modified engine before, but make sure you don't break the transfer case when taking the old flywheel off like Bill Sollis does. :xmas:

HA! I wondered why he went straight from "heres the part where you shat yourself because the fly pops like a grenade" ... and then they cut to it already stripped and on the floor.

It's quite comforting to know that we are all capable of a bit of "rough arsed engineering" :)

the book is by far better value and if I had to choose it would be vizzards book. If you already know how to rebuild a engine, the dvd wont really teach you much

On another topic about this dvd

I bought the Bill Sollis 1380 builder dvd and was surprised how in-depth it was, over fours hours of everything you could need to know, funny though how the part on pulling the flywheel off was "magically" done after he was having trouble with it :)

Looks like everyone wants to know how it was done :xmas:

Thanks, interestingly its almost exactly the same spec that my mate built about 5 years ago. I asked of he would do anything different and he said the only thing he would consider would be a SW10

Sorry to drag up an old thread but I have been searching everywhere to buy this DVD. Does anyone know where I can purchase it or does anyone have a copy I can buy that they no longer need?

Thanks

Out of stock.

I burnt my copy to my pc and uploaded it to my server so i could watch it via my chromecast I'd imagine legalities would stop me from sharing it.

Do you still have the original copy and would you be willing to sell it?
