After spending 6 months in the garage welding cutting and grinding my little mini we ended up with this.
6.
12.
All the carbon on this is lovely but what intrigues me most is the brace bars. The first pic above shows the off side fitted but not the near side, the second pic shows neither fitted. Are there any issues with bracing the front of the subby the way? Any probs with fowling other parts, rad etc?
Ace project I cannot wait to see the rest of this

I have a similar plan in mind for my mini including the the boot floor, roof skin, bumpers etc...
Keep up the good work.

i didnt know that having a flip front was as simple as cutting the front steelwork off ... so its only those 2 braces that are needed?
might have to look into that if my front gets rotten enough
keep us up to date please mate?

Meetthespeakers: I think it is a viewing hole to see timing marks on the flywheel?

, now that I took another look at it I noticed it. I will go crawl in my corner again. None the less, where did the rocker come from, what a great piece!

This really is pure sex and you have by far some of the best things i have ever seen made for a mini.
Would you be able to make any more exposed weve front ends and door skins?
