Does anyone have any input on solid rockers and weather they make any difference to an engines performance?

The only difference rockers will make, is if you change the ration, on a 998 1.3 rockers are good, on a 1275 1.5 are good, and on big extreme engines 1.7... If your thinking of investing in some, go for the roller tip type, they make sooooo much difference to the power!! Its like adding a Kent 276 cam.

How much power we talkin? Roller rockers are expensive and i want a cheap, but fast car so only want to buy them if they'll be worth it!

Very very worth it!!! They they are instand bolt on preformance and you defo get your moneys worth from them. Also, they reduce side load on the valves which reduces wear to the guide and stem, thus waisting less energy in the whole engine cycle...

Sounds good, is there any advantage of full roller rockers over roller tipped rockers??

Not for a road car, full rolers have roller bearings on the rocker were the shaft goes thru it, where as roller tips have a bush, and it's unlikely on a road goin car that the bush is gonna wear out!
