Ok, Every now and then my car will stop working.
Its only ever happened 3 times, and it happenes when im either pulling away, or crawling pace.

When it cuts out, I put it in "Park". Start the engine again and ive got to pump the throttle to keep the engine running and even then, it sometimes splutters and cuts out.

After leaving it a minute or so, It starts right back up and runs great.

Now my oil is fine and its not over heating.

Any ideas chaps?

Is it a carb car? or Injected?
If its a carb car then it sounds a bit like maybe an air leak into the inlet? Is the inlet manifold/carburretor seal all good? Any open tubes coming out of the carb, or any other way air could get in other than the air filter?

It did it again today, Leave it a minute and it will start...

Its scaring me though because if im ever overtaking or somthing, and the car cuts out. Im buggered. :nugget:
