Managed to condone a set of ally 4 pots, and 10" wheels for my mini for nurgburg, put some spanking A038's on them, and they keep going down.
The garage says that the paint has chipped off the inside of the rim, so is not forming a seal. Whats my best bet to sort this??! take the tyre off the rim, and sand the inside of the rim down to a smooth finish?!? Only have a few weeks left to sort this!!

Yeah thats what i did with my wellers.

Tyre shop then painted a layer of seal stuff on and fitted the tyres.

Yeah, best thing is remove all flakey paint and make it as smooth as possible.

can they fit tubes ?

get the tyre off the rim, sand it down and repaint. Dont leave it bare alloy/steel.

Aparantly they are not allowed to fit innertubes anymore or something?!?!?!

Bit of a rare size to get aswel, 10"!!


Will take the wheel off me thinks, get it down there n make sure i have some wet n dry with me!
