I've recently picked up a set of twin Dellorto carbs...
...does any one have any info on them? I'm looking to fit them to my Innocenti 1300 Cooper to replace the tired twin 1 1/2 SUs which are on there at the moment.

A bit of an update on these...
After an hour or so cleaning the manifold and ram pipes I managed to fit the carbs today for a bit of a test run. After a few pops and bangs they barked into life.... and I mean BARKED!!! Tuck the car for a quick blast round the industrial estate and down the M1 and I've very pleased with them, there are loads of flat spots and they bog down when your floor the accelerator but they sound AMAZING!!! They've got that webber growl.
I'm gunna take them off next week and refit the twin 1 1/2 inch SUs until I can find some more info on the carbs ie. spec for jets etc. There seems to be plenty of info about for Webbers but very little for these carbs.Once the show season's finished I'll stick them back on for a rolling road tune up.
The above website came up trumps by the way, there should be a pair of service kits on there was as I type. Cheers!!!

Andy, the email was really a PM sent through the service on this web site. Check the upper right corner of this forum's screen. Next to "My Controls" you should see you have a new message. Regardless, I've sent the same message to the email address you provided. Those carbs look great! Good luck with them!
