arr thanks again ..
will defo try that SU prog !! ..see what i can find out about my needle !
tested the diaphram by just sucking on it
.,.. if it pulls the plunger in and theres no leak then its fine 
if it dont pull plunger in, OR u can constantly suck.. then its got probs ..

well went to MITP with current et up, and its much improved but theres defo still a small flat spot
looks like a RR is really the only answerr 
just costly, and not sure wers best locally !
