well ! she finally lives,i started her up and she sprang in to life god its loud!
ill post a video up soon
one question tho, it was rather smokey around the exhaust manifold area is this the exhaust wrap ? it was becomming discoloured but i turned it off as i was in the garage

spoken to you now but I'll reply anyway. Yes perfectly normal it's just the wrap and paint baking on. It clears after a few minutes but doesn't smell very nice at all (.

heres a start up, i need to check the fueling as i dont think its getting enough juice
the jet sizes are 144 (1.44mm) and the needles are different to stock but it wont rev cleanly ,so i probably need to redrill some sparet jets
and fit those
