Spoke to Martin from MK Engineering today. Sound bloke. He says a shaft driven bike engine won't fit in the back of a Mini but they've had their racer running in a 10 hour race and all it needed was it's chain adjusting. So it mightn't be a bad option after all.

by the way I've heard that the MK Mini in the photos is now finished. When I know more I'll let you know.

Hi, Ive been busy at work and just getting the shell ready for the plasma cutter to remove the back from within my mini.
I left flint high in 1989.
