Hi

I'll be removing my front hubs/driveshaft/brakes today or tomorrow, and I have a question

How do I unscrew the flexible hose that goes to the caliper? When I try to unscrew it the hose twists like mad and kinks etc. Fine, I can probly get it off, but then how the hell am I supposed to reconnect it once I refit the brake assembly?

Sorry for stupid question but couldnt find the answer in my hanyes!

P.S. The car is a 1990 mini with 8.4 disc brakes

the easiest way is to slacken of the hose, remove the caliper from the hub and then twist the caliper off the hose........ this way now twisting or kinking of the hose.. :wales:
